【摘要】 多学科综合治疗协作组(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)诊治模式符合精准医学和个体化治疗的准则,目前逐渐成为一种主流模式。这一模式能够弥补不同学科对疾病认识上的不足,提高医疗质量,并且能使患者利益最大化。本文总结本院诊治的1例罕见胃低分化腺癌合并同时性多发性结直肠腺癌患者的资料,通过治疗过程中多次MDT讨论,制定适合该患者的最佳诊断和治疗方案,体现出MDT诊治的优势,最终使患者获益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multi-disciplinary team(MDT) mode is according with the criteria of precision medicine and individual treatment, and it has become a primary mode gradually.This model can overcome the defect of understanding of diseases in different disciplines,to ensure and improve the quality of health care, and to maximize the interests of patients..We had treated one rare case of poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma patients with concurrent multiple colorectal adenocarcinoma. MDT discussion was carried out several times through the whole procedure of diagnosis and treatment and developed the best management for the patient,and finally benefited the patients.更多还原
