【摘要】 目的评价覆膜血管内支架对治疗主动脉B型夹层的临床治疗效果和安全性。方法对2012年2月至2015年9月丹东中心医院16例Standford B型主动脉夹层(aortic dissection,AD)患者行覆膜血管内支架治疗,回顾性分析其临床治疗效果和安全性。结果手术成功率为100%,但是术后仍然有并发症出现,其中2例出现内瘘,1例出现腔内隔绝术后综合征。结论覆膜血管内支架治疗主动脉B型夹层安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of endovascular stent for treatment and safety of Stanford Baortic dissection. Methods From February 2012 to September 2015, 16 cases of Stanford B aortic dissection(AD) patients in Dandong central hospital were treated with endovascular stent. The clinical therapeutic effect and safety of the treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results The surgical success rate was 100%, but there were still postoperative complications, including 2 cases of internal fistula, 1 case appeared cavity from postoperative syndrome. Conclusion The effect of endovascular stent is safe and effective treatment in Stanford Baortic dissection.更多还原
