【摘要】 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床特征。方法对52例老年2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床特征进行回顾性分析。结果年龄、性别、空腹及餐后血糖水平与2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的关系密切,临床类型以无症状性菌尿多见,菌群分布以G-杆菌为主。结论老年2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染以女性多见,尿道刺激征不典型,中段尿培养可早诊断,控制血糖的基础上选用敏感抗生素是治疗的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of elderly type 2 diabetes patients combined with urogenital infection. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to 52 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes patients combined with urogenital infection. Results Age, sex, fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels are closely related to the urogenital infection of type 2 diabetes patients. The clinical type is more commonly asymptomatic bacteriuria, and the distribution of bacteria is mainly Gram’s negative bacteria(G-). Conclusion Most elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with urogenital infection are women. Urethral irritation is not typical. The culture of midstream urine can be helpful to early diagnosis. Using sensitive antibiotics based on the control of the levels of blood glucose is essential to the treatment.更多还原
