【摘要】 目的:探究阿托伐他汀钙联合新型依折麦布药物对冠心病治疗效果与临床安全性。方法:以本院2013年11月至2014年11月,收治的94例冠心病患者为研究对象;随机分为两组,每组各47例;对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在此基础上联合新型依折麦布药物;比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后的血脂水平和颈动脉情况及术后不良事件发生率等情况。结果:1两组治疗前血脂水平等各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3治疗后,观察组与对照组的TC、LDLC、NO、hs-CRT和ET-1差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组之间的AST、ALT、TG和HDLC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4观察组的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙联用依折麦布药物对冠心病治疗效果显著,具有降低血脂水平的功效,且不良反应少和安全性更高,具有临床推广意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore treatment effect and clinical safety evaluation of aorvastatin calcium ezetimibe combined with new drugs on coronary heart disease. Methods: the hospital in November 2013 to November 2014 were treated 94 cases of coronary heart disease patients for the study; randomly divided into two groups,each 47 cases; the control group received atorvastatin calcium treatment,observation group The new joint ezetimibe ezetimibe based on this medication; treatment were compared in patients with lipid levels before and after treatment and carotid artery and postoperative incidence of adverse events and so on. Results: 1before treatment,lipid levels was statistically significant( P > 0. 05); 2treatment observation group total effective rate was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); 3After treatment,TC observation group and control group,LDLC,NO,hs-CRT,ET-1,carotid intima-media thickness and plaque Crouse score were statistically difference( P < 0. 05),and AST,ALT,TG between the two groups,HDLC and carotid artery diameter but no significant difference( P > 0. 05); 4The incidence of adverse events observed were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Atorvastatin calcium combined with new drugs ezetimibe significant treatment effect on coronary heart disease,have lower blood lipid levels and improving the efficacy of carotid atherosclerosis,and fewer adverse reactions and more secure,have clinical significance.更多还原
