球墨铸铁压射冲头的失效分析

【摘要】 采用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜和能谱分析仪,对失效后压射冲头的金相组织、微观形貌进行了检测分析。结果表明:(1)冲头材料的耐磨性、强度和热膨胀性是引发其失效的主要因素,理想的材料应具有良好的耐磨性、较高的强度和较小的热膨胀系数。(2)冲头的主要失效机制是磨粒磨损失效机制。此外,粘着磨损、腐蚀磨损、疲劳磨损也可能发生,这取决于实际工况条件和摩擦副材料的特性。(3)为了提高冲头的使用寿命,可对冲头进行表面处理,减少磨损量,提高冲头使用寿命。

【Abstract】 By optical microscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy,the microstructure and morphology of failure injection head were analyzed. The results shown that:(1)The material wear resistance,strength and thermal expansion were the main factors that caused its failure.(2)The main failure mechanism of injection head was abrasive. In addition,adhesive wear,corrosion,wear,fatigue wear may also occur. It depended on the characteristics of the actual working conditions and friction materials.(3)In order to improve the service life,surface-treatment could reduce the amount of wear and improve the life of injection head.
