【摘要】 对分离自云南大学校园的攀枝花苏铁根际土壤的链霉菌Streptomyces albiflaviniger菌株YN-10-2的化学成分进行结构和活性的研究.从20L固体表面发酵产物的提取物中经过多种层析方法的综合运用,共分离纯化出6个纳皮拉霉素(napyradiomycin)家族化合物.通过对核磁共振谱图和质谱数据的解析以及文献的对照,确定了化合物的化学结构,分别为napyradiomycin B1(1)、napyradiomycin B3(2)、napyradiomycin C1(3)、napyradiomycin A2a(4)、napyradiomycin A2b(5)和3-chloro-6,8-dihydroxy-8-a-lapachone(6),其中化合物4和5是差向异构体.在滤纸片抗菌实验中,化合物1~3显示出对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制活性.

【Abstract】 A rhizosphere strain Streptomyces albiflaviniger YN-10-2isolated from Cycas panzhihuaensis Zhou L et Yang S Y at Yunnan University was chosen to study its secondary metabolites.Six napyradiomycins compounds were purified from 20 Lsolid fermentation culture.Their chemical structures were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic analyses including nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy(ESI-MS).Results showed that these six compounds were identified as napyradiomycin B1(1),napyradiomycin B3(2),napyradiomycin C1(3),napyradiomycin A2a(4),napyradiomycin A2b(5)and3-chloro-6,8-dihydroxy-8-α-lapachone(6),respectively.Among these compounds,napyradiomycins A2a(4)and A2b(5)are epimers.Additionally,compounds 1-3 exhibited inhibitory activities against Staphylococcus aureus in the antimicrobial tests by disc diffusion assay.
