【摘要】 目的探讨膝关节置换术结合中药疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎治疗的临床疗效,为以中西医结合指导下开展的膝关节骨性关节炎相关疗法提供依据。方法将40例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和治疗组各20例,对照组采用膝关节置换术治疗,观察组结合中药疗法治疗,评估治疗效果。结果膝关节置换术结合中药疗法观察组的总有效率(95.0%),显著高于单纯膝关节置换术总有效率(60.0%)(P<0.05)。结论膝关节置换术结合中药疗效优于单纯膝关节置换术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of knee arthroplasty Herbal Remedies for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, and provide the basis for Integrative Medicine carried out under the guidance of knee arthritis therapy. Methods 40 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 patients each. Knee replacement surgery treatment to the every patients while the obseration group combined with traditional Chinese therapy. Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.0%) was higher than that in control group(60.0%). Conclusion Knee arthroplasty combined with traditional Chinese therapy is more effective than simple knee replacement.更多还原
