【摘要】 目前国内较多医院仍停留于"小质量观"进行医疗质量管理,未能真正建立全过程、全方位的全面质量管理模式。随着国家评审评价标准的出台以及数字化医院建设的需要,中山大学附属第一医院以现代医院质量管理为管理理念,以信息化平台为依托,以绩效管理为基础,构建多层次、多维度质量管理架构、持续改进全面质量管理评价体系、建立医疗风险管理体系、实施医疗质量实时控制,全面推行大质量管理,实施标准化、系统化管理,实现医疗质量持续改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,many domestic hospitals are still stuck in the " limited quality conception" of medical quality management,instead of establishing a truly whole- processed comprehensive quality management model. With the implementation of National Accreditation Evaluation Criteria and the needs of the construction of digital hospital,based on the conception of modern hospital quality management,the informationalized platform and the performance management,The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat- sen University has not only built a multi- level multi- dimentional quality management framework by continuously improving overall evaluation system of quality management,establishing a medical risk management system,carrying out a real- time control of medical care quality and implement the general quality management,in order to meet the needs of modern hospital management and achieve continual improvement of medical care quality.更多还原
