【摘要】 笔者以铜陵市公立医院管理体制改革为研究对象,采用实证调查、比较研究及理论分析等方法,分析了铜陵市公立医院改革的发展现状和存在的问题,在分析研究的基础上,结合铜陵实际情况,提出从政府层面、医院层面和社会层面三个层面提出改革的建议,目的是解决老百姓"看病难,看病贵"问题,使公立医院回归公益性,同时为医院管理者提供经验和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking tongling public hospital management system reform as the research object,using the empirical methods of investigation,comparative study and theoretical analysis,analyzed the development status quo of tongling city public hospital reform and the existing problems,on the basis of the analysis and research,in combination with the practical situation of tongling,put forward from the aspect of government level,hospital and puts forward three proposals to reform the social level.
