临床药师在NICU新生儿抗感染治疗中的作用

【摘要】 目的探讨临床药师在新生儿重症监护室抗感染药物治疗中的作用。方法选取2014年1月~2014年12月临床药师干预前83例患儿病历与2015年1月~2015年12月临床药师干预后87例患儿病历,对比干预前、干预后抗感染治疗的有效性及安全性。结果临床药师干预后,提高抗感染治疗有效率(干预前为89.2%,干预后97.7%,P<0.05),缩短抗感染疗程(干预前为(17.26±2.21)d,干预后(12.39±2.14)d,P<0.05),明显减少了新生儿抗菌药物不合理使用和不良反应发生(干预前24.1%,干预后9.2%,P<0.05)情况。结论临床药师参与查房和抗感染治疗方案的制定可以协助临床医生对患儿更好地开展治疗,提高感染治愈率,减少耐药菌的发生,并促进合理使用抗菌药物。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacist in promoting rational use of anti- infection therapy in neonatal intensive care unit( NICU). Methods 83 medical records of newborns before clinical pharmacist intervention in the anti- infection therapy in January 2015 to December 2015 and after clinical pharmacist from January 2015 to December2015 were reviewed to analyze the effectiveness and safety of clinical pharmacist intervention in anti- infection therapy of NICU. Results After clinical pharmacist intervention in anti- infection therapy in the NICU,the efficiency of anti- infection therapy was significantly increased as compared to post- intervention( 97. 7% vs. 89. 2%,P < 0. 05),the course of treatment was significantly shortered[( 12. 39 ± 2. 14) vs.( 17. 26 ± 2. 21) d,P < 0. 05],and the rates of irrational use of antibiotics and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly reduced( 9. 2% vs. 24. 1%,P < 0. 05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists intervention in anti- infection therapy in the NICU may help clinical doctors to carry out treatment for infants better,improve the curative rate of infection,reduce the occurrence of drug- resistant bacteria and promote rational use of antimicrobial agents.
