【摘要】 目的检验产妇摄入营养强化清远鸡能否提高产妇本身及乳汁中营养元素的含量,对促进乳汁分泌是否有积极意义。方法选取2015年5月~2015年12月在清远市妇幼保健院产科住院分娩的清远本地足月正常分娩的初产妇120例,将其随机分为两组,研究组60例,对照组60例。两组产妇皆自产后第一天开始,连续食用鸡肉6周,每日食用鸡肉400 g,喝鸡汤500 m L,研究组采用凤中皇月子鸡,对照组采用普通清远走地鸡。比对同一产妇在分娩当天及产后42天血清硒及维生素A、E的含量变化;比对两组产妇间分娩当天及产后42天血清硒及维生素A、E的含量变化;比对两组产妇乳汁中牛磺酸的含量和乳汁充足天数有无差异。结果研究组血清硒、维生素A、维生素E三组数据均P<0.05,即产后42天血清硒、维生素A含量增加,维生素E含量减少。对照组血清硒、维生素E的P<0.05,即产后42天,血清硒含量增加,维生素E含量减少。维生素A的P>0.05,不存在差异。将两组数据进行比较,所有数据P>0.05,无统计学意义。研究组的乳汁充足天数高于对照组。结论摄入营养强化清远鸡对产妇体内营养素的含量有一定影响,可增加乳汁充足天数,有一定的积极意义。但某些营养素强化后并不能增加其在体内的含量,故强调科学坐月子,摄入多种食物,平衡饮食对产妇的恢复及新生儿的生长发育显得更为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Fengzhonghuang chicken on lactation in the delivery women. Methods120 local term primiparas who delivered in the department of obstetrics in the Qingyuan Maternal and Child Care Centre from May to December in 2015. Primiparas were evenly randomized into two groups: the study group and the control group.All these primiparas had meals with 400 g chicken and 500 m L chicken soup every day for 6 consecutive weeks since the first day after delivery. In the study group,Fengzhonghuang chickens( Qingyuan chickens farmed with strengthened nutrition),while in the control group ordinary Qingyuan chickens were used. The two groups were compared in terms of the serum content of selenium,vitamin A and vitamin E on the delivery day and on the 42 nd day after delivery,the content of ethylamine sulfonic acid in milk and the days when the milk was sufficient. Results The serum contents of selenium and vitamin A in the study group on the 42 nd day after delivery were significantly increased and the content of vitamin E was significantly decreased on the 42 nd day after the delivery( P < 0. 05). The serum contents of selenium and vitamin E in the control group were significantly increased and the content of vitamin A was significantly decreased on the 42 nd day after delivery( P < 0.05),but the serum content of vitamin A had no statistically significant changes( P > 0. 05). The comparisons between the two groups showed no statistical significance in terms of the items( P > 0. 05),but the day when milk was sufficient in the study was significantly more than that of the control group. Conclusion Nutrient- strengthened Qingyuan chickens farmed with strengthened nutrients are effective for the nutrient promotion for primiparas and promote lactation. However,the chickens are not effective in strengthening all nutrients,indicating balanced diet with a variety of food seems to be more important for primipara’s recovery and newborn’s healthy growth.更多还原
