【摘要】 目的了解中职卫生学校学生对实验室生物安全认知状况及相关影响因素,为加强中职学校实验室生物安全的教育及采取必要措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取1 250名学生进行问卷调查,应用SPSS17.0进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果中职卫生学校学生对实验室生物安全基本知识总体认知率为47.68%。其中个人防护、认知态度和认知程度、废弃物的处理、职业暴露等突发事件,认知率依次为57.28%、45.76%、42.64%、31.76%;在校生各年级及专业中,2012级医学检验专业学生认知率最高。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响中职卫生学校实验室生物安全基本知识认知的因素有性别、年级、专业、是否经过临床实习。结论中职卫生学校学生实验室生物安全基本知识有待加强,性别、年级、专业、是否经过临床实习为实验室生物安全知识的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cognitive status on laboratory biological safety and related influencing factors in secondary vocational school students,and to provide the basis for strengthening the education of biological safety and taking necessary measures for the secondary vocational school. Methods Use stratified,cluster and random sampling technique to select 1250 students to conduct the questionnaire survey. Use SPSS17. 0 software for single and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis. Results The overall cognitive rate for the basic knowledge of the laboratory biological safety in the secondary vocational school students was 47. 68%. The cognitive rates of the personal protection,cognitive attitude and cognitive level,waste disposal and occupational exposure were 57. 28%,45. 76%,42. 64% and 31. 76%,respectively. Medical examination students in the grade of 2012 had the highest cognitive rate in all grades and majors. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the influence factors on cognition of basic knowledge in vocational school laboratory biological safety were gender,grade,major and whether experiencing clinical practice. Conclusion The basic knowledge of biological safety among students in secondary vocational school should be strengthened,and the gender,grade,major and clinical practice are the main influence factors.更多还原
