【摘要】 目的了解保定市外来经商务工人员传染病防治素养水平及其影响因素,为政府部门完善相关政策以及开展有针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样,对保定市2个辖区6个大型商贸城541名外来经商务工人员进行问卷调查。结果调查对象传染病防治健康素养水平为9.10%,低于全国水平17.53%,其中男性(9.90%)略高于女性(8.50%);35~44岁年龄组最高,为10.90%,55岁以上的年龄组无人具备传染病防治素养;不同文化程度人群传染病防治素养基本随文化程度升高而增加。传染病防治素养水平多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度是传染病防治素养的影响因素。结论保定市外来经商务工人员传染病防治健康素养水平低于全国平均水平,应根据不同文化程度等不同特点,开展有针对性的健康教育活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This work was to understand the level of infectious disease prevention literacy and its influencing factors among migrant merchants in Baoding city, for government departments to improve relevant policies and making targeted intervention measures. Methods In the 2 districts of Baoding, 541 migrant merchants from 6 large trade malls were selected for a questionnaire survey by stratified cluster sampling method. Results The health literacy of infectious diseases prevention in merchants of Baoding city was 9.1%, which was lower than that of the national level of 17.53%. The rate among the male(9.9%) was slightly higher than women(8.5%).The highest rate was in the 35- 44 years age group(10.9%), and people in the age group of 55 years or older showed no health literacy of infectious diseases prevention.People’s health literacy of infectious diseases prevention increased with their education background. The multi-factor Logistic regression analysis results showed that education was the influencing factors of the health literacy of infectious diseases prevention.Conclusion The health literacy of infectious diseases prevention of merchants in Baoding is lower than the national average level.
