【摘要】 目的了解重庆市主城区老年人群艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状、健康知识来源,为制定老年人群艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,抽取重庆市主城区年龄在60岁以上的老年人群599例,用自制问卷进行调查。结果重庆市主城区老年人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率为68.4%,HIV检测率为8.3%,54.1%的调查对象不会继续和感染艾滋病病毒的朋友交往;不同年龄、性别、文化程度、职业的老年人群某些健康知识来源存在统计学差异。结论重庆市主城区老年人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率较低,对艾滋病感染者存在歧视,健康知识来源与人口学特征存在关系,可根据人口学特征制定有针对性的宣教措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to analyze related knowledge, attitude and behavior of AIDS among elder adults in Chongqing urban area, in order to provide scientific evidence for intervention strategy. Methods With application of multi-stage sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 599 elder adults aged 60 or above in Chongqing urban area. Results The total awareness rate of AIDS among 599 samples was 68.4%. 54.1% of respondents were not willing to keep friendship with infected friends. Different age, gender, culture background, occupation had significant difference on some source of health knowledge. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS among elder adults in Chongqing urban area was low. A certain degree of AIDS-related discrimination lay in them. Demographic characteristics determined the source of health knowledge, and the targeted measures can be developed according to the demographic characteristics.更多还原
