2015年山东省部分地区蚊类种群密度及淡色库蚊抗药性研究
Investigation of mosquito population density and insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in some areas of Shandong province, China in 2015
【摘要】 目的掌握山东省部分地区蚊虫种群密度变化情况和淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为蚊虫防制提供依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法监测蚊虫密度,幼虫浸渍法检测优势种群淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果山东各地蚊虫全年密度呈现单峰曲线变化,高峰在8月,此时各种生境中以牲畜棚的蚊虫平均密度最高;所监测地区中优势种群均为淡色库蚊;所有地区淡色库蚊种群均对溴氰菊酯均产生低度抗药性,部分地区对双硫磷产生低度抗性;3个地区淡色库蚊种群对高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯基本无抗药性。结论探明了山东省部分地区蚊虫的种群密度和抗药性水平,在蚊虫的高峰期应加强对蚊虫的监测和控制措施的研究;针对蚊虫对常见化学杀虫剂产生抗药性的问题,应避免使用抗性较高的杀虫剂,优先考虑使用抗性相对较低的杀虫剂。
【Abstract】 Objective This work was to investigate the change in population density of mosquito and the resistance to commonly used insecticides of Culex pipiens pallens larva in some areas of Shandong province, China, and to provide a scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods Light traps were used to determine the population density of mosquito adults.The larva immersion method was used to determine the resistance of C. pipiens pallens to commonly used insecticides.Results The population density of mosquito showed a single-peak curve throughout the year, peaking in August. The highest average density was found in the barn among all habitats. The C. pipiens pallens was the dominant species in all surveillance areas. C. pipiens pallens in all areas showed a low resistance to deltamethrin, and that in some areas showed a low resistance to temephos. Among all the areas where samples were collected, C. pipiens pallens from three areas showed no resistance to beta-cypermethrin and pyrethroids. Conclusion The characteristics of the mosquito population density in Shandong and their resistance to insecticides were determined. It is recommended to strengthen mosquito surveillance and research on control measures during the high-density seasons. Insecticides to which mosquitos are resistant should be avoided.
