从质控考核结果分析云南省各级疾控水质检测实验室的问题与对策
Problems and countermeasures of water quality detection laboratories in the CDC based on the quality control test result,Yunnan
【摘要】 目的采用实验室外部质量控制样品方法,根据考核结果,分析云南省各级疾病预防控制中心水质检测实验室的实际检测能力及存在问题。方法考核样品为氯化物、氟、铅,分3~4个浓度阶梯,采用稳健统计方法对实验室检测能力进行评价。结果全省16个市级和90个县级疾病预防控制中心参加了本次水质外部质控考核,氯化物考核满意率最高,为90.3%;氟其次,考核满意率为81.5%;铅考核满意率为57.7%。市级与县级考核结果无显著性差异,检测能力接近。结论云南省参加本次实验室检测能力评价的疾病预防控制中心,大多数具有生活饮用水中氯化物、氟和铅的检测能力。相比检测仪器等硬件而言,检测人员专业素质是保证农村水质检测能力的更为关键的因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the actual testing ability of water quality detection laboratories in CDCs in Yunnan and to find out problems,by adopting the quality control assessment methodology of external quality control. Methods All samples included chloride,fluorine and lead,which were divided into 3-4 groups. Testing capabilities of the CDC laboratories were evaluated by using the robust statistical methods. Results 16 CDCs at the city level and 90 CDCs at country level participated in the assessment. The satisfaction rates were 90. 3% for chloride,81. 5% for fluoride and 57. 7% for lead. There was no significant difference between CDCs at the city level and country level. Conclusion Most of the participants in this assessment is able to analyze the chloride,fluoride and lead in drinking water. Compared with the analytical equipment,the personnel plays a more important role in detectability of rural water quality.
