2005-2014年陕西省突发公共卫生事件流行特征分析
Epidemiology of public health emergencies in Shanxi province, 2005- 2014
【摘要】 目的分析陕西省网络直报10年来突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,为制定陕西省防控策略提供参考依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,利用陕西省2005-2014年网络直报系统中突发公共卫生事件报告的数据,对全省突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征进行分析。结果 2005-2014年陕西省共报告突发公共卫生事件316起,发病12 918例,死亡60例;其中一般事件205起,较大事件12起,重大事件3起,未分级事件96起。所报告事件的频发地区主要集中在陕西的关中地区和陕南地区,共报告289起,占事件总数的91.46%。每年3-6月和9-12月是突发事件的高发期;学校是高发场所,报告268起,占事件总数的84.81%。所有事件中,传染病相关事件263起(占事件总数的83.23%),发病9 344例,死亡20例,且以呼吸道传染病为主;食物中毒(35起,占事件总数的11.08%),发病1 941例,死亡5例,以细菌性食物中毒为主。结论加强学校传染病防治和食品安全知识的健康教育与宣传力度,提高各类传染病疫情的预防与控制措施,是减少陕西省突发公共卫生事件的关键。
【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to understand the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Shanxi province from 2005 to 2014. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the reported incidence data of public health emergencies in Shanxi province during this period. Results A total of 316 emergency related events were reported from 2005 to 2014 in Shanxi province, which caused 12918 diseases and deaths. Among these events, 205 general events were reported, 12 larger events were reported, three important events were reported and 96 unrated events were reported. The cases were concentrated in the midland and southern Shanxi regions(91.46%). The annual incidence peaks were from March to June and from September to December. A total of 268 public health emergencies occurred in schools(84.81%). Among these events, infectious diseases were 263(83.23%), leading to 9344 diseases and 20 deaths. The infectious diseases were mainly respiratory diseases. Food poisoning were 35(11.08%), leading to 1941 diseases and five deaths. Food poisoning was mostly caused by bacteria infection. Conclusion It is essential to strengthen the health education of infectious diseases control and food safety knowledge in schools, strengthen the prevention and control of communicable diseases to reduce the incidence of public health emergencies.
