【摘要】 目的了解山东省1~5岁儿童第二类疫苗接种情况,为规范第二类疫苗管理提供参考依据。方法对山东省预防接种信息系统收集的1~5岁儿童个案分年龄组、分地区、分户籍类型进行第二类疫苗接种情况分析。结果山东省9种第二类疫苗接种率为4.64%~60.96%,平均接种率为30.11%;大部分疫苗接种率随着出生年度的推近呈上升趋势;东部、中部地区接种率高于西部地区;除个别疫苗外,常住儿童接种率高于流动儿童。结论与经济发达地区相比,山东省第二类疫苗接种率仍处于较低水平,具有推广空间;应加强第二类疫苗的使用管理,科学有序推广,规范接种程序,并做好预防接种数据的收集和安全性监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study was conducted to assess the current status of category II vaccination among children aged 1-5 in Shandong Province,and thus to provide a reference for standardizing management of category II vaccination. Methods Immunization records of children aged 1- 5 in Shandong Province were collected from the Vaccination Information System,and the status of category II vaccination among the children was analyzed based on age,region,and type of household registration.Results The vaccination rate of 9 types of category II vaccines in Shandong Province ranged between 4. 64%- 60. 96%,with an average vaccination rate of 30. 11%. The vaccination rate of most of the vaccines increased with the year of birth; and the vaccination rates in the eastern and central regions were higher than that in the western region. Except for specific vaccines,the vaccination rate of resident children was higher than that of migrant children. Conclusion As compared with economically developed areas,category II vaccination rate in Shandong Province is still poor,and there is still room for improvement.Therefore,vaccination management of category II vaccines should be strengthened,scientific and orderly promotion should be conducted,and vaccination program should be standardized. Furthermore,collection and safety monitoring of immunization data should also be implemented.更多还原
