【摘要】 目的了解黔南州居民对麻风病防治核心知识知晓情况,为评估和指导全州麻风健康教育提供依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心麻风病控制中心编制的《麻风病防治核心知识调查问卷》,多阶段抽样方法抽查全州12县(市)13~70岁城镇居民9 000人、农村居民12 000人、中学生9 000人及2005年以来新发现麻风病例家内密切接触者656人,进行匿名问卷自填调查。结果调查对象的核心知识知晓率55.73%,城镇居民、农村居民、中学生、密切接触者知晓率依次是56.11%、54.15%、56.09%、74.70%,密切接触者高于其他3组人群(=108.779,P<0.001);单一核心知识知晓率52.59%~73.12%,城镇居民、农村居民、中学生、密切接触者依次为53.29%~72.31%、49.43%~73.04%、49.24%~75.14%、64.33%~88.41%,不同人群单一核心知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(=75.566~633.995,P均<0.001);获得核心知识主要来源前3位是宣传活动51.09%、电视42.48%、宣传材料33.97%。结论居民麻风病防治核心知识亟待提高;加大"麻风病能否治好"、"接触麻风病人后是否得麻风病"、"如何预防麻风病畸残"相关知识的教育力度;因地制宜,巩固和拓宽麻风病防治核心知识传播途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the core knowledge public awareness about leprosy,and provide the basis for assessment and guide statewide health education in leprosy. Methods Multi- stage sampling method was used to check the 9000 residents in 12 counties( cities). 9000 inhabitants in rural areas,12000 middle school students and 656 people of new leprosy cases were detected in the close contacts of questionnaires and anonymous self- administered survey since 2005. Results Core knowledge rate was 55. 73%. Urban residents,rural residents,students and close contacts of known rate were 56. 11%,54. 15%,56. 09% and 74.70%,respectively. A close contact group was higher than the other three groups( = 108. 779,P < 0. 001); Single core knowledge rate was 52. 59% ~ 73. 12%. Conclusion Four groups of people,especially urban residents,rural residents,students of leprosy prevention and control core knowledge has to be improved.
