【摘要】 目的分析安徽省2008-2014年手足口病流行病学特征,为制定手足口病干预措施提供依据。方法数据来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,采用描述流行病方法对安徽省2008-2014年手足口病流行病特征及病原检测资料进行统计分析。结果安徽省2008-2014年共报告手足口病病例603 975例,年平均发病率为143.09/10万,报告重症病例3 186例,占病例总数的0.52%,报告死亡病例130例,病死率为21.51/10万。发病水平呈现逐年上升趋势。发病高峰为4-6月份和11-12月份;安徽省皖北地区发病率高于皖中地区、皖南地区;病例以5岁以下儿童为主,占91.45%,发病率最高的为1~2岁组。轻症病例、重症病例、死亡病例的EV71构成比分别为48.40%、86.36%、90.57%。结论手足口病呈现明显季节性、地区性、人群高发性,针对手足口病重点人群,特别是高发季节,行政部门应采取积极有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) in Anhui Province between 2008 and 2014, aiming to provide a reference for developing effective intervening measures against HFMD.Methods Descriptive epidemiologic method was used for statistical analysis of the data on epidemiological characteristics and pathogen detection results of HFMD cases reported during 2008 to 2014 obtained from the National Infectious Disease Surveillance System. Results A total of 603 975 HFMD cases were reported in Anhui Province between 2008 and 2014, with an annual average incidence of 143.09/100 000, including 3186 severe cases(0.52%) and 130 deaths and resulting in a mortality of 21.51/100 000.The incidence had been on the rise over the years. The cases were mostly reported from April to June and from November to December, and the incidence reported from north Anhui was higher than that from central and south Anhui, affecting children under the age of 15 primarily(91.45%). The highest incidence was reported in children aged between 1 and 2. The constituent ratios of EV71 among mild, severe, and death cases were 48.40%, 86.36%, and 90.57%, respectively. Conclusion HFMD in Anhui Province shows strong seasonality and spatial and population clustering. Positive and effective measures should be implemented by the administrative departments on key groups of HFMD, especially during the epidemical seasons.更多还原
