OBJECTIVE To evaluate the in vitro inhibitory effects of five kinds of herbal constituents(honokiol, magnolol, geniposide, chlorogenic acid, astragaloside Ⅳ) on CYP1A2, CYP3A and CYP2D in human and rat liver microsomes.
