【摘要】 目的评价兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法选取我院进行治疗的老年胃食管反流病100例,随机分为两组,每组50人,对照组应用兰索拉唑进行治疗,观察组采用兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利进行治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果、内镜检查及并发症的发生情况。结果两组经过不同药物治疗后,观察组总有效率(91.25%)高于对照组总有效率(75.00%),观察组内镜下所见食管黏膜的损害程度较对照组有更显著的改善,统计学上有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,统计学上有意义(P<0.05);药物治疗期间,观察组上消化道出血、食管狭窄、Barrett食管、食管溃疡等并发症的总发生率明显低于对照组,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病具有较高的临床效果,用药后食管黏膜损伤有明显改善,临床症状缓解时间较短,并发症发生情况较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride on elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods Eighty elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with lansoprazole and patients in observation group were given lansoprazole and mosapride. Clinical treatment outcomes, endoscopy detection and complications were compared in two groups after treatment. Results After treatment with different drugs, the overall response rate in the observation group(91.25%) was higher than that in the control group(75.00%), and endoscopic findings revealed that the extent of esophageal mucosal damage in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Clinical symptoms remission time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications such as upper gastrointestinal bleeding, esophageal stenosis, Barrett esophagus and esophageal ulcers during drug treatment in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of lansoprazole and mosapride exerts obvious effect on elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, significantly improves esophageal mucosal damage, shortens clinical symptoms remission time, and induces few complications.更多还原
