【摘要】 目的研究分析高龄孕妇妊娠晚期心电图与妊娠结局的关系。方法选取我院收治的100例妊娠晚期孕妇,实验组患者为高龄妊娠晚期,年龄>35岁。对照组为适龄孕妇,年龄<35岁。每组各50例。两组孕妇均进行心电图检查,比较分析实验组与对照组孕妇心电图异常发生率及与妊娠结局的关系。结果实验组中,异常心电图例数为17例。对照组中,异常心电图例数为7例。实验组与对照组异常心电图发生率分别为34.0%、14.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中异常心电图孕妇早产例数为1例,实验组为5例。实验组与对照组异常心电图孕妇早产率分别为29.4%、14.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组异常心电图中发生低体重新生儿几率为11.8%,显著高于对照组的0.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄孕妇妊娠晚期异常心电图主要为ST-T与心率失常,异常心电图高龄孕妇剖宫产率及早产率较高,易发生新生儿低体重,需关注心电图变化,做好治疗工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between late pregnancy electrocardiogram(ECG) and pregnancy outcome in elderly pregnant women.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy were selected as the research object.The experimental group was older than the age of 35 yr.The control group was pregnant women,less than 35 years old.Two groups of pregnant women were examined by ECG,and the incidence of abnormal ECG and the relationship with pregnancy outcome were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results In the experimental group,17 cases inhibited abnormal ECG.In the control group,the number was 7 cases.The incidence of abnormal ECG in the experimental group and the control group was 34.0% and 14.0%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the abnormal ECG,the number of premature births in the control group was 1,and the number of premature births in the experimental group was 5.The preterm birth rates of the abnormal ECG in the experimental group and the control group were 29.4% and 14.3%,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The probability of low birth weight newborns in the experimental group was 11.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal ECG of advanced senile pregnant women are ST-T and arrhythmia.Abnormal electrocardiogram in elderly patients of cesarean delivery and preterm birth rate is higher,prone to low birth weight,need to pay close attention to changes in electrocardiogram.更多还原
