【Abstract】 The supportive model for special children’s family based on the education and rehabilitation can be built by the factors and their interaction relationship of college education rehabilitation center,special education students,families and other supporters. This model contains some processes such as building supporting platform,consulting and deciding the cases,requirement assessment,activities implementation,assessment and evaluation. Implementation of this model contains the following key points:the formation and operation of the supportive education and rehabilitation groups,the formation and operation of the supportive college students’ teams,and the collaborative support among the comprehensive participants.更多还原
