【摘要】 根据我国进口啤酒大麦实际情况和需求,建立适用于检验进口澳大利亚啤酒大麦感官鉴定图谱和检验方法,以实际样品进行了方法验证。结果表明,该方法能够有效鉴别15个官方发布品种,3个纯品种,1份加拿大、7份法国和1份丹麦大麦样品,具有良好的特异性;进口大麦样品组别检验与品种纯度差异较大,提示在啤酒大麦进口中应重视品种纯度对啤酒加工品质的影响。本研究建立的方法能够在进口啤酒大麦检验中应用,也适用于在啤酒加工企业中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the factual situation and demand of national import malt barley,a visual reference and inspection method applied to import Australian malt barley was established and verified with factual samples. The results indicates that 15 officially accredited varieties,3 pure,1 Canadian,7France and 1 Danish barley samples can be identified effectively,which shows good specificity of the protocal in this article. The differences between the class and variety purity identification is profound,which suggests that the influences of the variety purity should be recognitized of the importance of it in malt barley import. The protocal established in this article can be applied to the inspection of import malt barley,as well as in the beer production enterprises.更多还原
