【摘要】 目的探讨双种植体支持杆卡式覆盖总义齿用于修复下颌严重吸收病例的可行性。方法回顾2004~2015年修复的16例患者,分析其修复效果,包括戴牙后调改频率、患者使用体验和使用周期、杆卡可靠性。结果覆盖义齿戴牙后固位稳定好、调改频率少、3年内不需重衬、杆卡可靠不易折断。结论双种植体粘膜支持式杆卡覆盖总义齿用于修复下颌牙槽骨严重吸收病例有非常可靠的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of mandibular overdentures retained by two implants with bar clip attachments in severely resorbed mandibular ridge. Methods Sixteen cases rehabilitated with mandibular overdentures retained by two implants with bar clip attachments were selected and evaluated. The frequency of making adjustment, patient satisfaction, duration of usage, and the reliability of bar clip attachments were considered as indicators of the success of rehabilitation efforts. Results The retention and the stability of those overdentures retained by two implants with bar clip attachments were good, while those overdentures rarely need adjustments after rehabilitation. Moreover, relining of the denture is not needed within 3 years, and the bar clip attachments is reliable. Conclusion The application of overdentures retained by two implants with bar clip attachments in severely resorbed mandibular ridge can be recommended.更多还原
