椅旁CAD/CAM牙合面瓷贴面修复严重磨耗后牙的短期临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察采用椅旁CAD/CAM修复系统制作玻璃陶瓷牙合面贴面修复严重磨耗后牙12个月临床效果。方法选择27位患者的39颗严重磨耗的活髓后牙,牙合面少量预备后,采用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统与IPS e.max CAD瓷块即刻设计、制作0.8~1mm厚的牙合面贴面完成粘接修复。修复后随访12个月,统计修复成功率,记录失败模式并分析原因。结果观察期结束时,一例贴面患者失访,其余所有修复体都维持稳定状态并功能良好。观察期内1例上颌第一磨牙贴面出现边缘微小折裂,未累及粘接面。1例下颌第二磨牙出现粘接边缘的轻度着色,累计成功率为94.7%。结论采用椅旁CAD/CAM系统与IPS e.max CAD瓷块制作薄层牙合贴面即刻修复严重缺磨耗后牙的临床效果良好。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the 12-month clinical performance of chairside CAD/CAM occlusal ceramic veneers made for posterior teeth with severe attrition. Methods Thirty-nine vital posterior teeth with severe attrition from27 patients were brought into investigation. All teeth underwent a minimally invasive preparation and adhesively restorated by occlusal ceramic veneers made by chairside CAD/CAM system and IPS e.max CAD ceramic blocks.After 12-month observation, the survival rate as well as failure patterns and reasons of the restorations would be analyzed. Results At the end of observation, 1 case was out of followed. The rest restorations were in stable condition and functioned well. During the observation period, a slightly fracture took place to a maxillary first molar, but the adhesive interface was not involved.There was slight sectional discoloration along the adhesive margin occurred to a mandibular second molar, so the success rate was 94.7%. Conclusion Within the limits of this short-term investigation, occlusal veneers made by chairside CAD/CAM system and IPS e.max CAD ceramic blocks seemd to be a reliable method to rehabilitate vital posterior teeth with severe attrition.
