【摘要】 目的分析深覆盖患者拔牙矫治对舌根的水平向位置、上气道矢状径及舌骨位置的影响。方法选取42例深覆盖患者分为两组,24例拔牙正畸,18例不拔牙正畸。用正畸前后所拍的X线头颅侧位片测量舌根、舌骨、上气道相关项目。对矫治前后各项目值进行配对t检验,对变化值进行组间独立样本t检验。结果矫治前后比较:拔牙组∠ANB、U1-APo、L1-APo、上气道PAS减小。TB-N-FH、TB-NP、AH-MP、AH-PP、AH-CVP增加,以上变化有显著性差异,其它变化无统计学意义。不拔牙组U1-APo减小,L1-APo、AH-PP、增加,变化有显著性差异。其余测量项目变化无统计学意义。变化值组间比较:两组∠ANB、U1-APo、L1-APo、PAS、TB-N-FH、TB-NP有显著性差异,其余测量项目变化无统计学意义。结论深覆盖患者拔牙矫治后舌根后移,可能对舌咽段矢状径产生一定的影响。深覆盖患者正畸治疗对舌骨垂直向作用不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference on the tongue root position,hyoid bone position and upper airway sagittal diameter in patients with deep overjet after extraction orthodontic treatment. Methods Forty-two patients with deep overjet were selected and divided into 2 groups(n =24,extraction;n =18,non-extraction). The tongue base position,hyoid bone position and upper airway sagittal diameter was measured in cephalometric radiographs before and after treatment. Pair-t test was made for the values,and independent t test was made to compare the differences between groups. Results In teeth extraction group: ∠ANB,U1-APo,L1-APoand PAS decreased significantly,while TB-N-FH,TB-NP,AH-MP,AH-PP,and AH-CVP increased significantly. In non-teeth extraction group: U1-APo decreased significantly,while L1-APoand AH-PP increased significantly. Significant differences were found on the value of ∠ANB,U1-APo,L1-APo,PAS,TB-N-FH and TB-NP between two groups. Conclusion The tongue base position was moved backward on patients with deep overjet by teeth extraction. Extraction orthodontic treatment may have a certain impact on the space of posterior airway. Besides,the hyoid bone vertical position is rarely influenced by orthodontic treatment in patients with deep overjet.更多还原
