基于ANSYS的某柴油发电机组模态分析
Modal Analysis for Diesel Engine Generator Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 柴油发电机组中柴油机的活塞为做周期运动的部件,在运行过程中会产生机械振动,因此需要通过隔振器与地基进行隔离。为了证明隔振设计是否合理,有必要对柴油发电机组进行模态分析,确定是否避开柴油机的工作频率。应用ANSYS有限元软件,建立柴油发电机组的有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,将模态结果与柴油机工作频率进行比较,结果显示柴油发电机组的隔振设计合理有效。
【Abstract】 The piston of diesel engine is a component with reciprocating moving, which causes mechanical vibrations, so isolators are set between diesel engine generator and base ground to isolate the mechanical vibration. In order to prove the validity of isolator design, a modal anal-ysis should be performed to make sure that the nature frequencies of diesel engine generator avoid the operating frequency of diesel en-gine. A finite element model of diesel engine generator is established and a modal analysis is run using ANSYS Code. The nature fre-quencies are compared to the operating frequency of diesel engine, the result indicates that the design of isolator is reasonable.
