【摘要】 目的探讨五联疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的效果及对患者血清IL-37、IFN-γ、CD-62p、CD-41水平的影响。方法将类风湿关节炎患者100例随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。试验组给予蜂针、蜂王浆、蜂蜡疗、正清风痛宁针、片序贯疗法治疗,对照组仅给予正清风痛宁针和片序贯疗法治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后血清IL-37、IFN-γ、CD-62p、CD-41水平的变化,评价2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后血清IL-37、IFN-γ、CD-62p、CD-41水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组各指标水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五联疗法治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著,安全性较高,并可显著下调患者血清IL-37、IFN-γ、CD-62p和CD-41水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to explore the effect of quintuple therapy on rheumatoid arthritis( RA) and serum levels of IL-37,IFN- Y,CD- 62 p,CD- 41 in the patients. Methods 100 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into test group and control group,each group had 50 cases. The test group was treated with quintuple therapy including bee acupuncture,royal jelly,beeswax,Zhengqingfengtong injection and pill which were used in series. The control group was treated with Zhengqingfengtong injection and pill which were used in series only. The changes of serum levels of IL- 37,IFN- Y,CD-62 p,CD- 41 were observed,and clinical curative effects were evaluated in both groups. Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL- 37,IFN- Y,CD- 62 p,CD- 41 in test group were significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05).The total effective rate in test group was higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in side effect between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Quintuple therapy has a good curative effect on RA with a good safety,which could significantly improve the serum levels of IL- 37,IFN- Y,CD- 62 p,CD- 41 in the patients.更多还原
