【摘要】 目的探讨Cyclin D1和Survivin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测118例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的癌组织及相应30例癌旁正常乳腺组织中Cyclin D1和Survivin的表达情况,分析二者表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的临床病理因素(年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、组织学分级、TNM分期)、内分泌表型(ER、PR)及预后之间的关系。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Cyclin D1和Survivin阳性表达率明显高于正常乳腺组织(P均<0.05)。乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Cyclin D1和Survivin阳性表达与患者的淋巴结转移、组织学分级和TNM分期呈正相关,与其他临床病理因素和内分泌表型无关。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,Cyclin D1和Survivin阳性表达越强,无瘤生存时间越短(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1和Survivin的过表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌生物学行为密切相关,对判断肿瘤的侵袭、转移及预后具有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to explore the expression and clinical significance of Cyclin D1 and Survivin in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Survivin in 118 cases of the invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and 30 cases of the corresponding normal tissues adjacent to cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship of Cyclin D1 and Survivin expressions to age,tumor site,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,histological grade,TNM stage,endocrine phenotype( such as ER,PR) and prognosis of the patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of breast was analyzed.Results The positive rates of the Cyclin D1 and Survivin in the invasive ductal carcinoma of breast were significantly higher than those in the corresponding normal tissues adjacent to cancer( P < 0. 05). The positive expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin in the invasive ductal carcinoma tissue was positively related with the lymph node metastasis,histological grade and TNM stage( P < 0. 05),not related with other clinical factors and endocrine phenotype( P > 0. 05). The Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the positive expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin were stronger,the tumor free survival time was shorter( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Cyclin D1 and Survivin overexpression were closely related to the biological behavior of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,judging tumor invasion,metastasis and prognosis of a certain value.更多还原
