钯银纳米合金催化剂的制备及其催化性能

【摘要】 采用微乳液方法同时进行活性组分及助剂负载,制备得到钯银双金属催化剂;通过SEM、XRD、CO化学吸附、HRTEM、原位红外等分析手段对催化剂进行表征;采用碳二前加氢工艺对催化剂反应性能进行评价。结果表明:制备得到的Pd-Ag/α-Al2O3催化剂的载体孔道丰富,孔结构较为规整;活性组分钯、助剂银形成纳米合金,分散性好,粒径分布较为均一;催化剂表面酸性较低;催化剂具有优异的活性、选择性和抗结焦性能,各项性能指标均优于工业装置考核指标要求,具有良好工业应用前景。

【Abstract】 Pd-Ag bimetallic catalyst is obtained by the methods of micro emulsion. The catalysts are characterized by means of SEM,XRD,CO chemisorption,HRTEM,in situ FT-IR analysis,etc. Catalyst performance is tested in industrial siding device. The results show that the Pd-Ag / α-Al2O3 catalyst is prepared and is enriched with the carrier pore channels. The nano alloy formed from Pd and Ag has good dispersion property and uniform particle size distribution.The surface acidity of the catalyst is lower. The resultant catalyst has excellent activity,selectivity and anti-coking performance. All the performance indicators are better than requirements of industrial equipment evaluation index. The catalyst has good prospects for industrial applications.
