H2/CH4气体分离膜研究进展
Research progress of gas separation membrane for H2/CH4 separation
【摘要】 气体分离技术有助于提高我国工业废气的回收利用效率,缓解我国能源短缺的现状。H2是符合人类可持续发展的重要能源,工业生产中H2与CH4气体分离是制备高纯H2的关键工艺技术。气体分离膜技术由于具备分离效率高、能耗低等特点,是一种极具发展前景的分离技术。本文以现有膜材料为研究对象,分析各种气体分离膜的特点及H2/CH4分离性能,以期促进该项技术的进一步发展。
【Abstract】 Gas separation technology can improve the recycling efficiency of industrial waste and relieve the stress on energy in China. Hydrogen has been considered as a kind of important energy to meet the requirements of human sustainable development. During production process,the key technology is the separation of pure hydrogen from hydrogen and methane mixtures. Gas separation membrane technology is very important in the future because of its higher separation efficiency and lower energy consumption. In order to promote this technology,the characteristics of different kinds of gas separation membranes are reviewed,which exhibit different gas separation performanc for H2/CH4.
