危险气体罐车液位计算机视觉监控识别报警系统设计
Design of computer vision recognition alarm system for liquid level monitoring of dangerous gas tanker
【摘要】 在计算机视觉环境下,对危险气体罐车液位的检测识别,保障车辆运输安全。结合视觉图像处理技术,采用嵌入式超声无损检测方法,进行危险气体罐车液位计算机视觉监控识别报警系统设计。首先进行液位检测原理分析,构建系统装置的总体结构模型,进行危险气体罐车液位计算机视觉监控识别报警系统的硬件模块化设计和软件设计,设计了计算机视觉监控识别报警系统的超声信号A/D采样电路、时钟电路、滤波电路、程序加载电路和电源电路。基于计算机视觉监测方法,进行危险气体罐车液位内部状态特征的视觉监测。实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的液位检测性能,实现危险气体罐车液位的有效监控识别与报警,性能可靠稳定。
【Abstract】 In computer vision environment,and in combination with visual image processing technology,the embedded ultrasonic nondestructive detection method is used to design the computer vision alarm system for liquid level monitoring of dangerous gas tanker. The principle of liquid level detection is analyzed. The overall structure model of the system is constructed. The modular hardware design and software design of the computer vision liquid level monitoring alarm system for dangerous gas tanker are conducted. The ultrasonic signal A/D sampling circuit,clock circuit,filtering circuit,program loading circuit and power supply circuit of the computer vision monitoring and recognition alarm system are designed. The vision monitoring of level state characteristics in a dangerous gas tanker was performed with the computer visual monitoring method. Analysis result of an experiment shows that the system has reliable and stable performance of liquid level detection,and can realize effective liquid level monitoring and alarm of dangerous gas tanker.
