基于ANSYS Workbench某机载电子设备随机振动响应分析

【摘要】 机载电子设备是飞机武器系统的重要组成部分,随机振动是使其结构失效的主要因素。为了提高机载电子设备的可靠性,基于ANSYS Workbench软件平台对某机载电子设备进行模态分析和随机振动的加速度PSD模拟分析,获得了应力分布云图和加速度功率谱密度响应曲线,并在此基础上通过随机振动环境试验对仿真分析结果进行验证。结果表明,有限元仿真计算结果与试验结果比较吻合,说明建模与仿真的合理性,并可为下一步的结构优化与新设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 Airborne electronic equipment is an important component of the airborne weapon system,and the random vibration is a main factor of its structural failure. In order to improve the reliability of the airborne electronic equipment,the modal analysis for a certain airborne electronic equipment and acceleration PSD(power spectral density) simulation analysis for the random vibration based on ANSYS Workbench software platform are conducted to acquire the stress distribution cloud picture and acceleration PSD response curve. And on this basis,the simulation analysis results were verified by means of the random vibration environment test. The verification results show that the finite element simulating calculation result is identical with the experimental result,which proves that the modeling and simulation are reasonable. It provides a reference for further structural optimization and new design.
