基于CHIPIC软件的旭日型可调谐相对论磁控管的研究

【摘要】 理论推导了相对论磁控管中电子与高频场的互作用机理,采用CST软件研究冷腔状态下磁控管的π模频率,采用CHIPIC软件对磁控管进行三维粒子模拟研究,对比了10腔旭日型可调谐相对论磁控管冷热腔仿真及实验结果,验证了CHIPIC软件模拟此类器件的正确性。研究结果表明,仿真结果与实验数据基本一致,频谱比较纯,输出比较稳定,为以后拓展旭日型可调谐相对论磁控管的调谐带宽奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The interactive mechanism between the electrons and high-frequency field in the relativistic magnetron is theoretically deduced. The π-mode frequency of the magnetron in cold cavity state is studied with CST software,and the simulation study for three-dimensional particle of the magnetron is conducted with CHIPIC software. The simulation and experimental results of the 10-cavity sun-rising tunable relativistic magnetron are compared to prove the accuracy of using CHIPIC software to simulate this type devices. The study results show that the experimental result agrees with the simulation data. The frequency spectrum of the magnetron is pure,and the output is stable,which lay a solid foundation for expanding the tunable bandwidth of the sun-rising tunable relativistic magnetron.
