【摘要】 通过对石家庄市完全由政府出资建设的8个保障性住房小区进行调查,建立了石家庄市保障性住房小区人居环境评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对调查问卷数据进行了处理,得出8个保障性住房小区的人居环境综合排名,分析了石家庄市保障性住房小区人居环境在环境卫生、基础设施建设、公共服务等方面存在的优势和劣势,并进一步提出了改善的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through conducting a survey of 8 indemnificatory housing plots that completely funded by the government, we established the human settlement assessment indicator system of indemnificatory housing plots in Shijiazhuang. By using the factor analysis we disposed the questionnaire data and obtain the human settlement ranking of 8 indemnificatory housing plots. Analysesrevealed the advantages and disadvantages through environmental health, infrastructure construction, public service and other aspects of the indemnificatory housing plots, and further proposed the improvement suggestion.更多还原
