【摘要】 目的:探讨替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦联合方案与齐多夫定+拉米夫定+依非韦伦方案治疗HIV感染者的疗效和安全性。方法:收治HIV感染患者115例,随机分为两组。1组给予替诺福韦+拉米夫定+依非韦伦治疗。2组给予齐多夫定+拉米夫定+依非韦伦治疗。研究两组患者的HIV RNA水平及CD4细胞计数值改善情况。结果:两组患者HIV RNA水平,CD4细胞计数值改善方面,差异没有统计学意义;两组均有不良反应发生。结论:替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦联合方案与齐多夫定+拉米夫定+依非韦伦方案治疗HIV感染者的疗效和安全性差异无统计学意义。服药方便性,不良反应耐受性方面替诺福韦组稍优于齐多夫定组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of tenofovir,lamivudine,efavirenz combined scheme and zidovudine+lamivudine+efavirenz scheme in the treatment of HIV infection patients.Methods:115 patients with HIV infection were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.1 group was given tenofovir+lamivudine+efavirenz treatment.2 group was given zidovudine+lamivudine+efavirenz treatment.The HIV RNA level and CD4 cell count improvement of the two groups were studied.Results:In the HIV RNA level and CD4 cell count improvement of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant.The two groups all had adverse reactions.Conclusion:The curative effect and safety of tenofovir,lamivudine,efavirenz combined scheme and zidovudine+lamivudine+efavirenz scheme in the treatment of HIV infection patients have no statistical difference.The medication convenience,adverse reaction tolerance of the tenofovir group are better than those of the zidovudine group.更多还原
