基于DEA-Malmquist模型的海峡西岸经济区四省农业生态效率评价
Assessment of Agricultural Eco-efficiency in Four Province Using the DEA-Malmquist Model in the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits
【摘要】 应用DEA-Malmquist模型对海峡西岸经济区农业生态效率进行评价.研究结果表明,近10年,海峡西岸经济区4省农业生态效率总体呈增长趋势,浙江、福建、广东和江西的年均增长分别为0.721、0.858、0.771和0.940,2014年4省农业生态效率均达到了1;DEA单元均有效,实现农业投入产出最优水平;2005-2014年,生产效率指数年均值为1.078,年均增长7.8%,4省增长速度依次是浙江、江西、福建和广东,分别为1.089、1.079、1.077和1.069;技术效率呈稳定性波动性增长态势,年均增长5.6%,技术进步效率呈不规则波动变化,年均增长2.1%.因此,技术进步效率变动是影响农业生产效率的主要因素,所以大力推动科技进步是提升海峡西岸经济区农业生态效率最有效的途径.
【Abstract】 This research evaluates agricultural eco-efficiency in the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits based on DEA-Malmquist models. The results show that in the past 10 years,the agricultural eco-efficiency in the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits overall has a increasing trend,the average annual growth of agricultural eco-efficiency in Zhejiang,Fujian,Guangdong and Jiangxi were 0. 721,0. 858,0. 771 and 0. 940 respectively,moreover,their agricultural eco-efficiency in four provinces reach up to 1 in 2014,DEA units in four provinces all were effective,and agricultural input achieves the optimal level; From 2005 to 2014,annual average of total factor productivity index is 1. 078 with average annual growth of 7. 8%. The total factor productivity indexes in Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Fujian and Guangdong are 1. 089,1. 079,1. 077 and 1. 069 respectively.Technical efficiency has a volatile growing trend with the annual increase of 5. 6%,meanwhile the efficiency of technological advances is irregular fluctuations with average annual growth of 2. 1%. On the whole,the change of technological progress efficiency is the main factor that affect the agricultural production efficiency,So it is the most effective way to enhance the agricultural eco-efficiency by vigorous promotion of scientific and technological progress in the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits.
