【摘要】 目的探讨格列吡嗪普通片和控释片对新发老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的疗效以及治疗2型糖尿病的药物经济学效果。方法选取136例新发老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为格列吡嗪控释片组(控释片组)和格列吡嗪普通片组(普通片组),观察和比较2组患者的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c变化和低血糖的发生率,并对不同剂型格列吡嗪的药物经济学进行评价。结果控释片组的血糖控制效果显著优于普通片组(P<0.05),低血糖发生率显著低于普通片组(P<0.05);控释片组餐后血糖下降22.35%,普通片组下降14.32%;使餐后血糖下降一个百分点的费用,控释片组为19.10元,普通片组为10.89元。结论格列吡嗪普通片的成本相对较低;格列吡嗪控释片血糖控制效果显著,低血糖发生率低,依从性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the pharmacoeconomics and effects of Glipizide Tablets and GITS on glycemic control in new-onset type 2elderly diabetes.Methods 136 patients with elderly type 2diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the Glipizide GITS group(the GITS group)and the Glipizide Tablets group(the tablets group),the level of FBG,2hPG,HbA1 C and the incidence of hypoglycemia in each group were observed and analyzed,as well as the pharmacoeconomics of different formulations of glipizide was evaluated.Results The effect on the GITS group was significantly better than that of the tablets group(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the GITS group was significantly lower than that of the tablets group(P<0.05);the reduction of postprandial glycemia in the GITS group was 22.35%,and 14.32%in the tablets group;the expenditure that reduced the postprandial glycemia by one percentage was 19.10 yuan and 10.89 yuan in the GITS and tablets group,respectively.Conclusion The Glipizide Tablets had relatively low cost;the Glipizide GITS had better glycemic control and lower incidence of hypoglycemia when compared with the tablets,thus presented desirable safety and compliance.更多还原
