高原舒颗粒对小鼠抗疲劳作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的观察高原舒颗粒的抗疲劳作用。方法采用肝糖原、血清尿素、血乳酸测定实验和负荷游泳实验,灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的高原舒颗粒,比较各组小鼠力竭性游泳时间、肝糖原、血清尿素及血乳酸浓度水平的变化。结果与蒸馏水组相比较,高剂量组力竭性游泳时间明显延长(P<0.01),运动后肝糖原储备量增加(P<0.05),血清尿素浓度下降(P<0.05),运动20min后血乳酸浓度降低(P<0.05)。与红景天阳性对照组相比,高剂量组在各组实验中均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论高原舒颗粒对小鼠具有抗疲劳作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of Gaoyuanshu Granules.Methods Mice were treated with different doses of Gaoyuanshu Granules.The loaded swimming time,liver glycogen,blood urea nitrogen and lactic acid in plasma were determined.The outcomes were compared among groups.Results As compared with the distilled water negative control group,the loaded swimming time and the reserves amount of liver glycogen increased after exercise in high dose group of Gaoyuanshu Granules(P<0.01 or P<0.05).In addition,the blood urea nitrogen decreased(P<0.05).Meanwhile,20 min after the movement,the lactic acid levels decreased(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference between the high dose of Gaoyuanshu Granules and the postive control group of Hongjingtian Capsules(P>0.05).Conclusion Gaoyuanshu Granules have anti-fatigue function.
