【摘要】 当今大学教育的重要职能之一就是引导大学生适应社会并实现自我社会化。为了创建良好的大学生社会化环境,造就心智健全的创新型高端人才,西安交通大学对本科生实行书院制管理。启德书院作为八大书院之一,少数民族医学生众多,书院因势利导充分发挥书院制"开放的教育理念与自由的生活空间相互交融"的独特优势,努力激发少数民族医学生的主体意识、社会思维,并从思想引领、人格塑造、行为养成、自主管理与决策等方面来探索符合自身情况的少数民族医学生社会化模式,以期促进少数民族医学生社会化进程,进而提升少数民族医学生教育的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,one of the most important functions of college education is to guide undergraduates to adjust society and realize socialization.In order to create agood undergraduate socialization environment and make sane innovative elite through education,Xi’an Jiaotong University,which is guided by socialist core value system,manages undergraduates by academy system.As one of the eight academies in Xi’an Jiaotong University,Qide Academy owes a great number of minority undergraduates.Therefore,this academy makes full use of the circumstances and takes advantages of the unique academy system which is open education ideas concepts and free living space mingle with each other.Qide Academy makes great efforts to promote the socialization process and improve the education effectiveness through motivating the subject consciousness and social thinking of minority undergraduates,as well as exploring socialization pattern which conforms their own situation in many aspects,such as thought leading,personality shaping,behavior forming,self-management and independent decision-making.更多还原
