【摘要】 目的了解订单定向医学教育的培养效果及基层就业影响因素。方法采用自制的调查问卷,采取普查的方式,对广西3所医学院校首批临床医学专业订单定向医学198名毕业生进行调查,应用SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果订单定向医学生主要来源为农村优秀学生,毕业生对学校的培养效果表示满意;55.9%的毕业生曾出现违约想法,对全科医学相关政策和基层医疗职业发展前景的认同度是影响毕业生出现违约想法的重要因素。结论学校需完善教学条件及课程设置,加强学生动手能力和临床思维能力的培养,强化基层就业思想教育;国家需加强全科医学相关政策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate order-based students’ training effects and learn factors that affecting students’ willing to work in grass-roots.Methods The self-administered questionnaire was used and total 198order-based graduates were investigated in three medical colleges of Guangxi,and SPSS17.0 was used for data analysis.Results The result showed that first grade of order-based students mainly come from countryside,and graduates were satisfied with the training effects.55.9%of graduates once have had the ideas of breaking the contract which mainly affected by policy of general practice and acceptance to grass-roots career development prospects.Conclusion The authors suggest that medical colleges need to improve teaching conditions and curriculums,strengthen the cultivation of students’ ability and clinical thinking,lead students to work in grass-roots,and policies which support general medicine developing also need to be strengthened.更多还原
