【摘要】 目的在心血管内科见习课程中引入案例教学法结合Sandwich教学法,以探讨该教学法的应用方法及效果。方法将2012年在心内科见习的84名临床医学五年制本科生作为研究对象,将其随机分为传统模式教学组和案例教学法结合Sandwich教学组。教学结束时,采用临床理论、实践技能考试和问卷调查的形式进行教学效果评估。结果案例教学法结合Sandwich教学组学生的临床理论与实践考试成绩均高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05),采用该教学方法可提高学生学习积极性、临床思维、团队合作、语言表达及沟通能力。结论在心血管内科临床见习教学中,案例教学法结合Sandwich教学法优于传统教学法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Case-based method in combination with Sandwich teaching method was in order to explore the application and effect of this teaching method.Methods Taking the 84five-year clinical medicine undergraduates,trainee in 2012 in cardiovascular department,as the research object.They were randomly divided into the traditional teaching mode group and case method in combination with Sandwich teaching method group.At the end of the teaching,to evaluate the teaching effect by clinical theory,practical skills and questionnaire survey.Results The test results of students teaching by case method in combination with Sandwich teaching method were better than students teaching by traditional teaching methods(P<0.05).More students confirmed that this combination methods could stimulate and enhance interests in learning,clinical thinking,team cooperation,language performance and communication ability.ConclusionIn clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine,the use of case method in combination with Sandwich teaching method was better than traditional teaching methods.更多还原
