【摘要】 探讨艾滋病母婴传播概况以及中国艾滋病母婴传播的现行阻断方式,从医学伦理学的角度对健康教育、咨询检测、妊娠结局、药物治疗、婴儿喂养、追踪随访等有关预防艾滋病母婴传播的一些看似简单的临床决策问题进行分析,并提出自己的伦理学观点和建议。同时也呼吁全社会为艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇创造一个宽容的伦理关爱环境,有效遏止艾滋病母婴传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 To review the prevalence of mother to child transmission of HIV and the current blocking mode in China,from the point of medical ethics,and to analyze the issues related to clinical decision making such as health education,counseling and testing,pregnancy outcome,drug therapy,infant feeding and follow-up etc,and put forward recommondations and suggestions from the perspective of ethical views.At the the same time to call on the whole society to create a tolerant and ethical caring environment for the pregnant women infected with HIV,effectively block mother to child transmission of HIV.更多还原
