二氧化钛/氧化铝复合光催化材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 以片状自组装氧化铝微球作为光催化载体来负载二氧化钛制备复合光催化剂,首先以AlCl3·6H2O、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和NaOH为起始原料,采用微波水热法成功制备了纳米片状自组装氧化铝微球.以所制备的氧化铝微球为催化剂载体,采用原位水解的方法制备了不同负载量的二氧化钛/氧化铝复合光催化剂.通过XRD、TEM、SEM、UV-vis等测试方法对产物的晶相组成和微观形貌等进行了表征,以罗丹明B(Rh B)为目标模拟污染物测试了复合光催化剂对有机污染物的降解性能.实验结果表明:负载适量二氧化钛后,二氧化钛/氧化铝复合光催化剂的光催化降解性能有明显的提高,且以氧化铝微球为载体的复合光催化剂具有良好的固液分离特性.

【Abstract】 Flake self-assembly alumina microsphere was used as a carrier,and then loading titanium oxide on its surface to prepare composite photocatalyst.Firstly,flake self-assembly alumina microsphere was successfully synthesized through microwave hydrothermal method by using AlCl3·6H2O,CTAB,NaOH as raw materials.Then,the TiO2/Al2O3 composite photocatalyst with different capacity was prepared through in situ hydrolysis method,by using alumina microsphere as carrier.The phase composition and microstructure of product was well characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM,UV-vis.And the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/Al2O3 microsphere was evaluated by photocatalytic decolorization of Rhodamine B(Rh B)aqueous solution at ambient temperature under simulated sunlight irradiation.The experimental results shown that after loading moderate TiO2,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/Al2O3 microsphere was significantly improved.And the solid-liquid separation characteristic of this composite photocatalyst is good than that of the pure TiO2(P25).
