杜仲无性系叶片解剖结构及抗旱性评价

【摘要】 以9个杜仲无性系为材料,对其叶片组织结构进行了观察,应用压力室和P-V技术测定了5项水分生理参数,并应用模糊数学隶属函数进行了抗旱性综合评定。结果表明:在所观测的15个叶片组织结构指标中有14个指标在9个无性系之间存在显著差异,在5项水分生理参数中有2项参数(Ψπ0和Ψπ100)在无性系之间存在明显差异。9个无性系的抗旱性由强到弱依次为:无性系8、无性系7、无性系3、无性系5、无性系4、无性系6、无性系1、无性系2、无性系9;可划分为3个等级,其中无性系8、无性系7、无性系3抗旱性较强,无性系5、无性系4、无性系6的抗旱性一般,无性系1、无性系2、无性系9抗旱性较弱。研究结果为杜仲抗旱无性系的选育提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Nine clones of Eucommia ulmoides were used as materials,the foliar anatomical structures were observed and water physiological parameters were measured by means of the methods of pressure chamber and pressure-volume technique.And the drought resistance was evaluated using Fuzzy.The results showed that out of the 15 foliar anatomical structures factors tested 14 were significant difference among the clones.In the 5 foliar water physiological parameters,Ψπ0 and Ψπ100 had obvious variation.The drought resistance ranking of the 9 clones was clone No.8,7,3,5,4,6,1,2,and 9.The clones could be classified into 3groups.The strongest one included clone No.8,7 and 3.The moderate one included clone No.5,4and 6.And clone No.1,2,and 9belonged to the lowest group.The presented work would provide fundamental basis for elective breeding of E.ulmoides.
