聚苯乙烯粉SLS成型件后处理实验研究

【摘要】 针对激光选区成型件强度和表面质量不高的问题,选用聚苯乙烯粉料为实验材料,采用激光选区烧结技术烧结成型。分别采用浸蜡和渗树脂两种方法对成型件进行后处理,通过拉伸实验,得到原件和后处理件的力学性能。实验表明,浸蜡件的拉伸强度达到3.33 MPa,是原件的1.21倍;渗树脂件的拉伸强度达到27.10MPa,是原件的9.85倍。并且,两种后处理件的表面质量和光洁度与原件比有很大的改善,很好地满足了使用要求。

【Abstract】 Considering the low strength and poor surface quality of the prototype parts,the laser sintering technology,which choose polystyrene powder as material,is adopted in doing experiments. The infiltration with wax and penetrating resin to carry on post- processing through tensile test,the mechanical properties of the original and post- processing parts were obtained. The results show that the tensile strength of infiltrated- wax part is 3. 33 MPa,which is 1. 21 times of the original one and the penetrating- resin part’s can reach 27. 10 MPa,9. 85 times of the origin. In addition,the surface and quality of the post- processing parts are improved a lot compared with the original,which could meet the requirements of use greatly.
