【摘要】 针对目前我国铁路货运市场货源不足、市场份额下降,以及综合考虑铁路、公路两种运输方式的特点,文章提出建立公铁联运公共信息平台,并通过对公铁联运公共信息平台建设的环境、业务架构和应用架构进行分析研究,提出了基于供应链驱动下的商流、物流、信息流、资金流四流合一的公铁联运信息平台方案,以实现对铁路、公路联运信息的实时监控、有效共享,从而提高铁路货运的服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the shortage of supply and the decrease of market share in Chinas railway freight market,and considering the respective characteristics of railway and highway transportation,this article proposed the establishment of public information platform for railway-road intermodal transport,and by analyzing and studying the environment,business structure and application framework of public railwayroad information platform construction,it proposed the railway-road transportation information platform program of combining the business flow,logistics,information flow and capital flow based on the driving by supply chain,in order to realize the real-time monitoring and effective sharing on railway-road transportation information,so as to improve the service level of railway freight.更多还原
