光、热耦合老化对SBS改性沥青路用性能的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Light-Heat Coupling Aging on Road Performance of SBS Modified Asphalt
【摘要】 目前我国用于评价SBS改性沥青路用性能的技术指标主要有三大指标(针入度、软化点、延度)、黏度、脆点、四组分、流变特性等。文章采用光、热耦合老化箱对不同种类的基质和SBS改性沥青进行老化,采用针入度和软化点评价老化后沥青的软硬程度及高温粘度状态。结果表明:SBS改性沥青老化后均表现针入度减小、软化点升高,且温度越高,指标变化程度越大,其规律与基质沥青的一致。一般而言,基质沥青的抗老化性能好,对应的改性沥青的抗老化性能相对较好,但耦合老化中改性沥青软化点变化,与基质沥青性能无明显关联。
【Abstract】 The current technical indicators used in China to evaluate the pavement performance of SBS modified asphalt are mainly three-indicators( penetration,softening point,ductility),viscosity,brittle point,four-component,rheological properties etc. This article used the heat-light coupling aging box to conduct the aging on different kinds of substrates and SBS modified asphalt,and used the penetration and softening point to evaluate the hardness degree and high-temperature viscosity of asphalt after the aging. The results showed that: SBS modified asphalt after aging showed the decrease of penetration degree and increase of softening point,and the higher the temperature,the greater the degree of index changes,and its rule is consistent with the matrix asphalt. In general,the matrix asphalt has good anti-aging properties,the anti-aging properties of corresponding modified asphalt is relatively good,but the softening point of modified asphalt during coupled aging changed,without significant correlation with matrix asphalt performance.
